Cajun Shrimp  

This Cajun shrimp recipe is perfect if you’re looking for quick and easy meal prep. It’s full of flavor and can be as spicy as you prefer. To complete the meal, serve with rice, pasta, or your favorite vegetables. 

Servings: 4 

Ingredients: 

  • Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined

Directions: 

  • Add Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning and olive oil to a large skillet 

  • Heat over medium-low heat for 30 seconds, stirring constantly

  • Add shrimp 

  • Sauté over medium-high heat until shrimp are pink and thoroughly cooked (about 2-3 minutes)

  • Serve with your side of choice 

 

Baked Cajun Garlic Butter Cod 

This Cajun garlic butter cod recipe can be prepared in 15 minutes. Enjoy all the flavor of Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning in a creamy garlic butter sauce. Serve with a side of potatoes, rice, or veggies to make it a meal. 

Servings: 6 

Ingredients: 

Cod

  • 3 cod filets cut in half

  • Salt and pepper

Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter melted

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves minced

  • 1 Tablespoon Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning

Directions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees 

  • Add cod to a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper 

  • Make Cajun butter sauce by adding melted butter, olive oil, garlic, and Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning to a bowl; Whisk

  • Spread sauce evenly over the cod 

  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until cod is flaky 


Cajun Salmon 

Try Cajon salmon for a simple twist on Cajon flavors. This recipe combines light, pan seared salmon and garlic butter sauce to create a delicious and easy meal!

Servings: 2 

Ingredients: 

  • 2-3 salmon fillets with skin on 

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 3 tbsp. butter divided

  • 3 garlic cloves minced

  • ½ cup white wine your favorite kind

  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp. Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning 

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions: 

  • Season salmon with salt, pepper, and Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat 

  • Add salmon to the skillet flesh side down. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. 

  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute. Add the wine and cook for about 5 minutes, until it is reduced by more than half.

  • Stir in the remaining butter, parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning. Bring to a slow simmer.

  • Return the salmon to the skillet, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
