Heat over medium-low heat for 30 seconds, stirring constantly
Add shrimp
Sauté over medium-high heat until shrimp are pink and thoroughly cooked (about 2-3 minutes)

Cod
3 cod filets cut in half

1/4 cup butter melted

3 garlic cloves minced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Add cod to a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Make Cajun butter sauce by adding melted butter, olive oil, garlic, and Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning to a bowl; Whisk
Spread sauce evenly over the cod
Bake for about 15 minutes or until cod is flaky

Ingredients:
2-3 salmon fillets with skin on
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. butter divided
3 garlic cloves minced
½ cup white wine your favorite kind
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add salmon to the skillet flesh side down. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute. Add the wine and cook for about 5 minutes, until it is reduced by more than half.
Stir in the remaining butter, parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of Timoti’s Cajun Seasoning. Bring to a slow simmer.
Return the salmon to the skillet, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
