Timotis Nocatee Grand Opening is Here!
Timotis set to open third location in Nocatee Town Center Monday, Dec. 4.
Soft Opening Dec. 4-Dec. 10: Open on Lunch Hours from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Founded in Fernandina Beach with their second location in Five Points, Timotis believes in being true to community roots through providing great food served in a casual, family-friendly environment. As one of Timotis’ founders, Bryan Poynter explained that the concept derived from the storyline of local fisherman that have provided quality fresh shrimp and fish from the southeastern shorelines for decades.
“We believe that a supportive community starts with ingredients that are environmentally sustainable,” said Poynter. “We also know that a sustainable working environment is important to supporting happy employees, which produces a positive, welcoming space that we are excited to share with the Nocatee community.”
A varied menu offers flavors for all palates, including favorites such as fish tacos, tuna poke bowls, oyster po’boys and shrimp baskets. Simple yet flavorful, Timotis has a commitment to quality that honors the integrity of both Florida shorelines and a healthy community.
“Wild-caught seafood is better for our oceans and better for our bodies,” said Poynter. “We pride ourselves on producing quality food that is consistent and creative.”
The Nocatee location is designed with a vintage feel indoors as well as outdoor seating that includes a “Shipwreck” playground for families to enjoy in a relaxed environment.
Timotis will open their doors to the public on Dec. 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will be open for lunch until Dec. 11 for their soft opening. They will be open Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. following the soft opening. The Nocatee location is at 152 Capital Green Drive, Unite 18, Ponte Vedra within the Publix Town Center.
