Fernandina Beach Main Street Sip and Shop
On January 21st, Fernandina Beach is hosting a fun wine tasting event in their downtown historic district. Adults can purchase a souvenir wine glass and visit shops to taste wine and snacks. 20 participating stores will stay open later than their usual hours to invite guests in to enjoy samples. This event takes place from 4pm to 7pm, with a check-in station at the pocket park next to Amelia Island Coffee. Tickets for the event are available for $20 presale, or $25 the day of the event.
Amelia Island Restaurant Week
Amelia Island Restaurant Week takes place from January 21st through January 30th. Enjoy lunch and dinner events from some of Amelia Island’s most popular restaurants. The event’s kick-off will include a 5-course dinner on Thursday, January 20th at the Omni Amelia Island Resort’s Sunrise Cafe.
Amelia Island Film Festival
The Amelia Island Film Festival includes film screenings, premiers, panels with media executives, and celebrity guest appearances. The event opens with the Downtown Block Party where guests can enjoy live music, food, drinks, and plenty of photo opportunities. The rest of the week involves exciting events like a VIP Tour of White Oak Conservation, the Amelia Icon Awards Gala, and event afterparties and receptions. Passes for the festival, which takes place from February 21st to February 28th, are available now.
Artrageous Walk
On the second Saturday of each month, art galleries throughout Amelia Island participate in the Artrageous Walk to showcase their artists. Enjoy all types of art such as photography, pottery, stained glass, paintings, and more, with dates throughout the next few months.
Amelia Concours Week
The 27th Annual Amelia Concours D’Elegance begins on Thursday, March 3rd. This week-long event is great for car lovers, as it includes tours of vintage and classic cars, driving experiences, and a NASCAR seminar. The final events of the week take place on Saturday, March 5th and Sunday, March 6th. Saturday, guests can attend Amelia Cars and Community Events at the Golf Club of Amelia Island featuring family fun and a Kids Zone included with the purchase of a ticket. Sunday wraps up the week with a car show of over 300 rare vehicles.
