Nocatee Farmers Market

Locals look forward to the third Saturday of each month when the Nocatee Farmers Market comes to Nocatee Station Field from 10am-1pm. All of the activities, shows, and demonstrations create a carnival-like atmosphere. Then, there’s locally grown produce and sundries like hand-stitched quilts, art, and pottery from local artisans for purchase.

Bicycles, Etc.

With dozens of miles of trails throughout Nocatee, it would take a while to see everything. That’s why you’ll want to visit Bicycles, Etc. and you’ll be zipping around on a brand new or used bike in no time. Finding you the right bike is their number one priority and they even offer demo bicycles for rent so you can make sure you’re happy before making a final decision.

Greenleaf Park

Wheel out that bike you just purchased and start cruising the nature trails around Greenleaf Park, a tree-canopied park in the heart of the community. You’ll find native flora and fauna nestled up next to a sports field and the Happy Tails Dog Park.

The Link

If you’re looking to master the work-life balance, we’ve got the perfect space. Directly across the parking lot from Timoti’s Seafood Shak sits The Link, a co-working and community space. Palm Valley Golf Club

It wouldn’t be a perfect day in Florida if we didn’t include a quick nine holes. Palm Valley Golf Course is an executive golf course located within the Nocatee community. If you’re willing to travel a tiny bit further afield, you can snag a tee time at the world-famous TPC Sawgrass down the road. Palm Valley has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that will give everyone the itch to come back for another round.

Splash & Spray Water Park

I’m just here for the zip line. Nocatee’s most well-known amenities are the iconic Splash and Spray Water Parks. Splash Water Park is a resort-style water playground featuring a 450-foot lazy river, a 377-foot zipline and the tallest slide tower in Northeast Florida. Spray Water Park, Splash’s spunky sister, features over 17,000 square feet of water surface area with over 75 water features on the Spray structure. Honestly, you’re entire day could be spent at either one of these amazing water parks.

Dinner Time

We may be a little biased, but nothing beats the wild-caught seafood and delicious mixed drinks of Timoti’s! Order up one of our famous shrimp baskets, complete with fries, hush puppies, and slaw, or opt for the daily catch, fried, blackened or grilled. There’s plenty of other healthy options like poké bowls, rice boxes and even chicken tenders for little ones.
