Check out the New Dinner Menu at Baba’s Mediterranean
Ever since Baba’s Mediterranean opened last August, locals and visitors to Amelia Island have been loving their fresh take on Mediterranean classics. Regulars quickly found their go-to’s—Falafel Pita with Pasta Salad, anyone?—and the chefs have been having a blast in the kitchen—we’re still dreaming about that Baba’s ‘Philly Cheesesteak’ Gyro.
The team spent the first month listening to feedback from guests and finetuned the lunch menu with classics like gyro pitas, meatball pitas, and Greek salads alongside Florida-inspired fare like spicy shrimp pitas, seasonal fattoush and Baba bowls. Once that was locked in, they started experimenting with a dinner menu, available every day except Sunday after 5PM.
Now, just in time for summer, Baba’s Mediterranean has unveiled a brand new Dinner Menu with three dishes you have to try as soon as possible. Trust us, you’ll be thanking us through a mouth full of deliciousness.
Shrimp Fiesta Bowl
Dive into a vibrant and tantalizing culinary celebration with the Shrimp Fiesta Bowl! This dish begins with succulent, perfectly seared shrimp that sizzle with flavor, nestled alongside a colorful medley of grilled peppers and sweet onions. At the heart of the bowl lies a hearty base of fluffy rice and fresh greens, creating a perfect canvas for the other ingredients to shine. Grilled Mahi

Accompanying the fish is a lively mango salsa, bursting with juicy mango chunks that offer a sweet contrast to the savory fish. Chicken Puttanesca
Indulge in the bold and savory flavors of our Chicken Puttanesca, a dish that masterfully combines succulence and zest. At the heart of this culinary delight is a beautifully grilled, marinated chicken breast. Each piece is infused with a special blend of herbs and spices, seared to golden perfection, ensuring every slice is tender and bursting with flavor.
This exquisite chicken is served atop a bed of al dente linguine, the perfect companion to our robust and hearty Puttanesca sauce. Together, the ingredients create a symphony of flavors that make the Chicken Puttanesca not just a meal, but an experience. This dish is a celebration of Italian culinary traditions, reimagined to delight modern tastes with its bold flavors and satisfying textures.
Returning Favorites
Now, before we get any angry letters, our previous dinner menu is not going away entirely. In fact, everyone’s favorite Braised Lamb Stew is now available all day long! Served in a smaller portion, the Braised Lamb is joining the Mediterranean Veggie on our Stew menu.
Additionally, our Seasonal Fattoush now consists of Greens, Radish, Toasted Pita, and Pomegranate Vinaigrette. It’s the perfect way to beat the heat on a hot summer day.
